Every chapter in the Senior Select University Training Manual teaches you the key techniques you’ll need to make the sale.

Select Experience

No matter what your background or education, Senior Select offers you the chance at success. Experience is not necessary, and we personally train each agent. Come join our winning team, and give your family the lifestyle you’ve always wanted.



Our agents’ average earnings are $1,500 a week, in the first year. Of course, how much you make is up to you. The more effort you put forward, the more you receive in earnings in return.



As a Senior Select agent, you have the flexibility to set your own hours and work according to what suits your needs. As with anything, the more time you spend working toward your goals, the closer you are to achieving them.



Senior Select offers cash bonus awards and paid trips. Our annual agency sales convention is always a highlight of the year. A fun-and sun-filled getaway, to locations like Cabo San Lucas, is the perfect reward for our agents’ hard work.

    How to Get Licensed

    Every person in every state involved in the “solicitation, selling,
    or negotiation of insurance” must have a state-issued license.

    Insurance sales agents must obtain a license in the states where they plan to work. Separate licenses are required to sell life and health insurance and property and casualty insurance. Through we’ll prepare you to pass your state’s licensing test.
